Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Warm the plant-based dairy slightly and activate the yeast with a pinch of sugar in warm water. In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast mixture, melted plant-based butter, apple cider vinegar, vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural), brown sugar, and salt. Knead the dough until soft and slightly sticky. Cover with a cloth and let it rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  2. Make the Filling: Peel and finely chop the fresh apples. Mix them with brown sugar (natural) and ground cinnamon (natural). Set aside to let the spices soak in and release the apple’s natural juices.
