Instructions

  2. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta, reserving about a cup of the pasta water, then set the pasta aside.
  3. Make the Alfredo Sauce: Using the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté gently until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream alternative and stir in the vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural). Gradually add the plant-based cheese and natural gelling agent while stirring constantly to form a smooth, creamy sauce. Use some reserved pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency as needed.
