Instructions

  1. Sauté Aromatics: Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute, being careful not to burn it.
