Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Measure all ingredients accurately. Ensure the water is warm (about 100-110°F/37-43°C) but not hot, to activate the yeast properly without killing it. Keep dry ingredients separate from wet ingredients to allow even mixing.
- Load the Bread Machine: Pour the plant-based condensed milk, warm water, vegetable oil, and apple cider vinegar (natural) into the bread pan first. Add the flour next, covering the liquids completely, then sprinkle the active dry yeast on top to activate during kneading.
- Select the Right Setting: Choose the “Basic” or “Sweet” bread setting on the machine. Select a medium or light crust color based on your preference. Press start and let the machine knead, rise, and bake the bread automatically.
- Cool and Serve: When baking is complete, carefully remove the pan and transfer the bread loaf to a cooling rack. Let it cool for at least 30 minutes to allow the crumb to set and to ease slicing without compressing the bread.
