Instructions

Gradually add the yeast mixture, vanilla extract, and softened plant-based butter to the flour, kneading until a smooth, elastic dough forms. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 1 to 2 hours until doubled in size.
- Make the Cinnamon Filling: Combine the brown sugar, ground cinnamon, plant-based butter, and vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (if using) until it forms a thick, spreadable paste that will provide the warm, sweet swirl.
- Shape the Rolls: Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface into a large rectangle. Spread the cinnamon filling evenly across the dough.
