- 1 tbsp vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural)

Instructions
- Prepare Your Nuts and Seeds: Roughly chop the almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts to create varied textures in the bread. Combine all nuts and seeds in a large mixing bowl. Optionally, toast them lightly in a dry pan to deepen the flavor.
- Mix the Dry Ingredients: Add the ground flaxseed (natural gelling agent), coconut sugar (natural), and salt to the nut and seed mixture. Stir thoroughly so that the gelling agent distributes evenly for a consistent texture.
- Combine Wet Ingredients Carefully: In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural), and water. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients to activate the natural gelling agent and bring the dough together.
- Forming the Dough: Stir the mixture until it is thick and well combined. The dough should hold together firmly without being wet or sticky. If it feels too dry, add water one tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
- Bake to Perfection: Transfer the dough into a lined loaf pan, pressing it down evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 50 to 60 minutes until the edges turn golden and a skewer inserted comes out mostly clean with some moist crumbs. Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
